This website is an on-line support facility for learners, employers, partners and staff to access any help and guidance with health and well-being.
All initial enquiries will be answered by Emma, our on-line support person each day between 8.45am and 4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3.30pm on a Friday and then discussed with Christian at least once each week.
This will ensure any issues requiring immediate attention are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Coping with stress
This is an on-line workshop designed to help you cope with stress by helping you understand the importance of effectively managing your stress levels. During the session you will be introduced to some of the reasons why people may experience high levels of stress and the impact that this can have on the body. It is important to have an awareness of how to manage your own levels of stress and you will be informed of some strategies that you can use to reduce your stress levels.
