This website is an on-line support facility for learners, employers, partners and staff to access any help and guidance with health and well-being.
All initial enquiries will be answered by Emma, our on-line support person each day between 8.45am and 4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3.30pm on a Friday and then discussed with Christian at least once each week.
This will ensure any issues requiring immediate attention are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The amount and type of food you eat has a major influence on your health and well-being.
If you eat a well-balanced diet, it can reduce your risk of various diseases as well as help you to maintain a healthy weight.
There are certain times when it can be particularly important to make sure that you follow a healthy diet, for instance, if you’re pregnant. However, its important to eat a healthy diet throughout you life, no matter what age you are – there’s never a bad time to make some changes and improve your eating habits.
